Villa Viviana is situated in Anzio, an antique little city along the south coast of Rome famous for the landing of American soldiers during World War II. It is also the city where Nerone, the imperator of the Romans, was born.

Villa Viviana is along the high street of a residential area, and is on two levels:

Upstairs there are comfortable bedrooms, all of which come equipped with televisions, access to WI-FI and individual bathrooms.

Downstairs there is a big living room with sofas and television, surrounded by a nice veranda with rocking-chair and parlors where we will be pleased to offer you a delicious breakfast or simply to have relaxing moment after a long day at the beach.

Villa Viviana is an elegant bed and breakfast, ideal for anyone who likes peace and quiet. Moreover, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with deck-chairs and beach-umbrella to enjoy even the hottest summer days.

We pride ourselves on providing a clean and hygienic stay – for example, we clean our bathroom with Golmar products every day.
